Sydni Black are coming off two big performances against Princeton. Boyle posted a career-high 8 goals, while Black posted a career high 10 points and 5 assists.

Lily Osborne were all named the Patriot League Player of the Weeks for their performances this past week. This was Blacks' third award this season, Boyle's fifth, and Osborne's first.

Scouting Penn
- The Quakers come into the matchup with a 9-3 (3-2) record on the season, and are coming off of a road win over Cornell on Saturday.
- Over their last six games, Penn has faced five ranked teams, going 2-3 in those games. One of their wins came against then-No. 1 Maryland on the road, 13-9. Of their five games, two have been at home, coming against No. 6 Michigan (loss, 6-5) and No. 21 Harvard (win, 18-8).
- On the season, Penn is 4-1 at home, with the lone loss coming to Michigan.
- Niki Miles leads the team in goals (35) and points (50) on the year.
- Anna Brandt is second on the team in goals with 32 this season, while Erika Chung leads the team with 24 assists on the season.
- In the circle, Miles leads the team with 62 draw controls on the season.
- In goal, Kelly Van Hoesen has started every game this season, including all but five minutes of game time during the 12 games this season. She has tallied 71 saves, a .420 save percentage, and a 8.23 goals against average.
ILWomen Midseason All-Americans
- Three Greyhounds were named to ILWomen Midseason All-American teams.

Chase Boyle was named First Team Midseason All-American, after her dominant start to the season, totaling 43 goals and 96 draw controls.

Georgia Latch were both earned Third Team honors, as Black has 35 goals and 13 assists, while Latch has 31 goals and 21 assists through 10 games.
Dominance From The Circle
- The Greyhounds ended the 2023 season as the No. 1 team in NCAA Division I in draw control percentage, winning 69 percent of their draws.
- Loyola has picked up where they left off in 2023 in the circle, as Loyola ranks 1st in Division I in draw control percentage (69.5%).

Chase Boyle has stepped up and filled
Jillian Wilson's shoes, as she as accounted for 56 percent of the Greyhounds draws this season, and has more draw controls than their opponents combined this season.
- Boyle currently is third in Division I in draw controls per game, as she is averaging 10.5.
- Boyle set a new personal-high for draws in a single-game, when she grabbed 17 in the win over Colgate.
- She already surpassed her total from the 2023 season (39), and currently is on pace to surpass
Jillian Wilson's mark of 198 draws last season.
- Boyle and the Greyhounds had a dominant performance from the draw circle against Lafayette, as they held the Leopards to without a draw control, as they won the edge, 21-0.
- The Greyhounds have relied on a next women up in the circle and have had success with it, in large part due to assistant coach
Dana Dobbie, who coaches the draw and is a big reason to their success.
Nationally Ranked
- After a win over No. 17 Princeton and Boston, the women's lacrosse team remained ranked in the top-10 this week, as the moved up in the poll.
- Loyola was ranked No. 5 in the IWLCA Poll and No. 7 in the USA Lacrosse Poll.
- The IWLCA Poll features seven opponents on the Greyhounds 2024 schedule: Syracuse (No. 2), Florida (No. 9), Johns Hopkins (No. 11), Penn (No. 14), Princeton (No. 17), Penn State (No. 19) and Navy (No. 20).
Where We Rank
- The Greyhounds posses one of the top offenses in the country, as they rank 5th in Division I in goals per game, as they are averaging 16.3 goals per game.

Boyle Named IWLCA Co-Offensive Player of the Week
- Following a career-best week,
Chase Boyle was named the IWLCA Co-Offensive Player of the Week.
- This is the first time Boyle has earned this honor in her career.
- Boyle started the week with a career-best performance against No. 17 Princeton. She scored a career-high 8 goals in the Greyhounds win. She also added 7 draw controls and a ground ball.
- She followed it up with a three goal, one assist performance against Boston, where she also added 13 draw controls and a caused turnover.
