QUAKERTOWN, Pa. – The Loyola men's rowing team's 1V8 posted a victory that included its first win over Lehigh University in several years on Saturday, leading the Greyhounds men's and women's teams in racing on Lake Nockamixon.

Joey Sigmund finished in 6:35.9, just 1.5 seconds in front of Lehigh's entry while it also beat boats from Iona College and Fairfield University.

In the women's racing, Loyola had a quartet of second-place finishes to the host Mountain Hawks.
