Opening Draw
- Loyola will continue non-conference play on Wednesday when they host No. 17 Princeton. 
- This will be the 20th meeting between the two programs, with the Tigers holding the 12-7 edge.
- In their last five games, the Greyhounds hold a 3-2 edge. The two losses, both coming in 2019, included a 17-13 Princeton win in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
- Loyola has won the last two matchups, coming in 2022 and 2023, when they won 16-15 and 20-10, respectively. 
- Loyola currently holds a 81-game winning streak of Patriot League opponents during the regular season, the longest streak in the country.   
- Avery Ruhnke was named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week, coming off her two-point performance against Lafayette, her first Patriot League accolade.  
- Jen Adams is back for her 16th season at the helm of the Greyhounds, as they have compiled a 50-6 record since the beginning of the 2022 season.

Scouting Princeton
- The Tigers come into the matchup with a 7-3 (3-1) record on the season, and are ranked No. 17 in the IWLCA poll. 
- They are coming off of a 24-12 win over Columbia on Saturday, and have won four straight games coming into Wednesday.
- McKenzie Blake leads the team in scoring this season, as she has 34 goals on the season. 
- Blake is tied with Grace Tauckus in points this season, as both players have 37 points. Tauckus has 25 goals and 12 assists on the season. 
- Haven Dora leads the team in assists, totaling 19 assists on the season. 
- Amelia Hughes has started all 10 games in goal this season. She has totaled 87 saves, a .446 save percentage, and a 11.63 goals against average this season. 
- Blake also leads the team in the circle, leading the team in draw controls with 35. 
- As a team, the Tigers are averaging 15 goals per game this season, which is the 18th best in the country.  

ILWomen Midseason All-Americans
- Three Greyhounds were named to ILWomen Midseason All-American teams. 
- Chase Boyle was named First Team Midseason All-American, after her dominant start to the season, totaling 43 goals and 96 draw controls. 
- Sydni Black and Georgia Latch were both earned Third Team honors, as Black has 35 goals and 13 assists, while Latch has 31 goals and 21 assists through 10 games. 

Dominance From The Circle
- The Greyhounds ended the 2023 season as the No. 1 team in NCAA Division I in draw control percentage, winning 69 percent of their draws. 
- Loyola has picked up where they left off in 2023 in the circle, as Loyola ranks 1st in Division I in draw control percentage (69.5%).
- Chase Boyle has stepped up and filled Jillian Wilson's shoes, as she as accounted for 56 percent of the Greyhounds draws this season, and has more draw controls than their opponents combined this season.
- Boyle currently is fourth in Division I in draw controls per game, as she is averaging 10.6.  
- Boyle set a new personal-high for draws in a single-game, when she grabbed 17 in the win over Colgate. 
- She already surpassed her total from the 2023 season (39), and currently is on pace to surpass Jillian Wilson's mark of 198 draws last season.
- Boyle and the Greyhounds had a dominant performance from the draw cirlce against Lafayette, as they held the Leopards to without a draw control, as they won the edge, 21-0. 
- The Greyhounds have relied on a next women up in the circle and have had success with it, in large part due to assistant coach Dana Dobbie, who coaches the draw and is a big reason to their success.
