Dominance From The Circle
- The Greyhounds ended the 2023 season as the No. 1 team in NCAA Division I in draw control percentage, winning 69 percent of their draws.
- Loyola has picked up where they left off in 2023 in the circle, as Loyola ranks 1st in Division I in draw control percentage (69.3%).
- Chase Boyle has stepped up and filled Jillian Wilson's shoes, as she as accounted for 56 percent of the Greyhounds draws this season, and has more draw controls than their opponents combined.
- Boyle currently is third in Division I in draw controls per game, as she is averaging 10.5.
- Boyle set a new personal-high for draws in a single-game, when she grabbed 17 in the win over Colgate.
- She already surpassed her total from the 2023 season (39), and currently is on pace to surpass Jillian Wilson's mark of 198 draws last season.
- Boyle and the Greyhounds had a dominant performance from the draw circle against Lafayette, as they held the Leopards to without a draw control, as they won the edge, 21-0.
- The Greyhounds have relied on a next women up in the circle and have had success with it, in large part due to assistant coach Dana Dobbie, who coaches the draw and is a big reason to their success.
