Opening Draw
- Loyola is set to host Navy on Saturday afternoon in the Patriot League Championship game, which will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network. .  
- This will be the 18th meeting between the two programs, with Loyola winning the last seven games.
- Since joining the Patriot League for the 2014 season, the Greyhounds have reached the Championship game in each season. This will be the seventh meeting in the Championship game between the two programs. 
- Chase Boyle and Sydni Black were both named as Tewaaraton Nominees, as they were each two of the 25 nominees.   
- Sydni Black, Chase Boyle, and Lily Osborne all won major awards from the Patriot League, as they won Attacker, Midfielder, and Defensive Player of the Year respectively. 
- Georgia Latch and Logan Olmstead joined them on the first team. 
- Jen Adams is back for her 16th season at the helm of the Greyhounds, as they have compiled a 54-7 record since the beginning of the 2022 season.

Scouting Navy
- The Navy Midshipmen come into the matchup with a 15-3 (8-1) record on the season, and are coming off of a 19-5 win over Holy Cross in the semifinals. 
- In the win, Tori DiCarlo led the team with five points (4g, 1a), while Emily Messinese added four goals in the win. 
- Alyssa Daley had 14 draw controls, while Felicia giglio had 8 saves in the win. 
- On the season, Messinese leads the team in goals (63) and points (81). Tori DiCarlo is second on the team in goals (58), while Kat McAteer leads the team with 25 assists. 
- Alyssa Daley trails just Chase Boyle in the Patriot League in draw controls, with 181 this season. 
- In goal, Felicia Giglio has started all 18 games in goal for Navy, as she has tallied a .428 save percentage, 92 saves, and a 8.48 goals against average. 
- In their first matchup, the Greyhounds got out to a hot start in the first half, scoring 13 goals in the first half and leading 13-5 at halftime. Navy attemped a second half comeback, as they cut it to five goals, before Loyola pulled away to secure the win. 
- Alyssa Daley (First), Tori DiCarolo (First), Emily Messinese (First), Caroline Stefans (First), and Mikayla Williams (Rookie) all were named to Patriot League All-League teams. 

Patriot League Awards
- Sydni Black (Attack), Chase Boyle (Midfield), and Lily Osborne (Defense) all earned Patriot League Major Awards and First Team All-League Nods.  
- Georgia Latch and Logan Olmstead were both named to Patriot League First Team
- Lauren Spence and Catie Corolla both earned second team All-League honors.  

Dominance From The Circle
- The Greyhounds ended the 2023 season as the No. 1 team in NCAA Division I in draw control percentage, winning 69 percent of their draws. 
- Loyola has picked up where they left off in 2023 in the circle, as Loyola ranks 1st in Division I in draw control percentage (69.3%).
- Chase Boyle has stepped up and filled Jillian Wilson's shoes, as she as accounted for 56 percent of the Greyhounds draws this season, and has more draw controls than their opponents combined.
- Boyle currently is third in Division I in draw controls per game, as she is averaging 10.5.  
- Boyle set a new personal-high for draws in a single-game, when she grabbed 17 in the win over Colgate. 
- She already surpassed her total from the 2023 season (39), and currently is on pace to surpass Jillian Wilson's mark of 198 draws last season.
- Boyle and the Greyhounds had a dominant performance from the draw circle against Lafayette, as they held the Leopards to without a draw control, as they won the edge, 21-0. 
- The Greyhounds have relied on a next women up in the circle and have had success with it, in large part due to assistant coach Dana Dobbie, who coaches the draw and is a big reason to their success.
