Baltimore — The Loyola University Maryland women's soccer team announced its 2025 schedule on Thursday, a slate that includes nine home matches at Ridley Athletic Complex.
The Greyhounds open the season on the road in Boca Raton, Florida, where they will face Florida Atlantic University on August 14. They then return to Baltimore for their home opener on August 17, when they host St. Peter's.
Loyola heads to William & Mary on August 21 before hosting Princeton on August 24 and VCU on August 28. The Greyhounds will then travel to Long Island to face Hofstra on September 6, before returning home to host George Mason on September 11.
The Greyhounds close out non-conference play with a road matchup in Washington, D.C., where they will face George Washington on September 14.
Loyola opens Patriot League play on September 20, hosting Holy Cross at Ridley Athletic Complex.
They follow that with a pair of road games, facing the reigning Patriot League champions, Boston University, on September 27, followed by a matchup at American on October 1. Loyola then welcomes the reigning regular-season Patriot League champions, Bucknell, on October 4 before traveling to face Lehigh for a Friday night matchup on October 10.
Loyola closes out the regular season with three of its final four games at home. They return to Ridley for a pair of home matches against Lafayette (October 15) and Colgate (October 18), then travel to face Army on October 24 before closing out the regular season on October 29 against in-state rival Navy.
The Patriot League Championships begin on November 3 with the Quarterfinals, which will feature the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth seeds, hosted by the highest-seeded teams. The Semifinals will take place on November 6, hosted by the top two seeds. The Championship Game will be held on November 9, hosted by the highest remaining seed.
