The Matchup
  • The Greyhounds return to Reitz Arena on Satruday afternoon, as they will host local foe Navy at 4:00 PM. 
  • This will be the first matchup of the season and the 36th meeting between the two programs, with Navy holding a 21-14 edge in the series. Navy has won each of the last three matchups, including both games last season.

  • Navy enters the matchup with a 13-6 (7-1) record on the season, as they are coming off of a 57-47 win over Boston. 
  • Entering Saturday, the Midshipmen sit atop the Patriot League standings, as they sit a game above Army. 
  • Navy leads the Patriot League in scoring this season, averaging 70.6 points per game this season. They also lead the Patriot League in rebounds per game (40.3) and in assists per game (15.7).
