The Matchup

The Greyhounds will welcome Army West Point to Reitz Arena for their first home game of 2026.
This will be the 30th meeting between the two programs, as the Black Knights lead the series 20-9, including winning both games last season.

The Greyhounds remained on the road to take on Drexel in Philadelphia, where they fell 66-57, before returning home to face Mount St. Mary's, losing 69-50.
Loyola then traveled to Yale on November 23, winning 73-48. They headed into Thanksgiving with a home matchup against Delaware, losing 67-55.
The Greyhounds wrap up non-conference play with a trio of local opponents: earning comeback wins over Towson, UMBC, and Morgan State to close out non-conference play.

Scouting Army West Point

Army West Point comes into the matchup with a 10-3 (1-1) record on the season, as they are coming off of a 81-49 win over Colgate on Saturday.
The Black Knights lost their Patriot League opener to Lehigh, 77-66 in West Point.
Army is averaging 69.2 points on 44.5 percent shooting this season, while allowing 57.6 points on 41.1 percent shooting.
Four players are averaging double-figures, led by Kya Smith with 15.8 points per game. Taylor Wilson (12.0), Camryn Tade (10.8), and Reese Ericson (10.7) are all each averaging double figures.
