  • The Greyhounds will close out non-conference play on Tuesday evening, as they will host the Penn Quakers. 
  • This will be the seventh meeting between the two programs, with Penn holding a 2-0-4 edge in the series, including a 4-0 win last season in Philadelphia.

Scouting Penn
  • Penn enters the matchup with a 4-1-2 (1-0-1) record on the season, as they are coming off of a 1-0 win over Dartmouth on Saturday. 
  • The Quakers are 1-1-1 on the road this season, including 3-1-1 in non-conference play. 
  • Marco Bottene leads the team with six goals this season, including two games with two goals. 
  • Adam Ambrus-Aikelin, Joaquin Niehenke,  and Owen Sullivan are tied for the team lead with two assists each. 
  • In goal, Phillip Falcon III has 19 saves, a .704 save percentage, and a 1.17 GAA this season, as he has played in every minute in goal this season. 
  • Entering the season, Penn was picked to finish in third place in the Ivy League Preseason Poll, earning 94 points in the poll. 
  • Penn finished the 2025 season with a 8-5-4 (3-2-2) record.

Non-Conference Play

  • Loyola has played all of their non-conference foes at least once before, as they will play local foes UMBC and Mount St. Mary's this season. This is the first matchup against UMBC since the 2015 season, as Loyola holds a 20-4-3 record in the series.
  • This will also be the first matchup against Mount St. Mary's since the 2019 season, as they own a 25-4-1 record in the series, winning each of the last 20 matchups. 
  • During the 2025 season, the Greyhounds went 1-5-1 in non-conference play.
