The Matchup
  • The Greyhounds return to Reitz Arena on Saturday afternoon, as they will host Boston for the annual Play4Kay game.
  • This will be the 27th meeting between the two programs, as Boston holds a 18-8 edge. Loyola won the first matchup in a close contest, 56-55 in Boston.

  • The first meeting between both teams came down to the wire in Boston.

  • Boston comes into the matchup with a 7-15 (3-8) record on the season and are coming off of a 60-46 loss to Holy Cross on Monday.
  • The Terriers are averaging 56.6 points per game this season on 42.8 percent shooting, while allowing 59.8 points on 38.4 percent shooting. 
  • Anete Adler leads the team in scoring, averaging 14.3 points per game this season.
  • In the first matchup, Adler was held to five points and seven rebounds. Ines Monteagudo and aAnastasiia Semenova each led had 12 points in the first matchup. Bella McLaughlin added 10 points off the bench.
