WEST POINT, N.Y. – Loyola University Maryland had the second-best team round of the 2026 Patriot League Championships on Sunday, but the Greyhounds finished third at the event hosted by Army West Point.
Loyola shot 4-over 284 in the final round, good enough to overtake second-round leader Army West Point, but Navy shot 3-under 277 to win the tournament.
Eli Spaulding,
Liam Moloney and
Diego Neira finished in the top seven for the Greyhounds.
Spaulding had the Greyhounds' best round of the tournament, shooting 1-under 69 to finish in solo possession of fifth at 6-under for 54 holes.
Moloney, who joined Spaulding on the Patriot League All-Tournament Team, took solo sixth, a stroke back of Spaulding with a three-round total of 1-over. Neira shot 3-over 73 on Sunday and was 8-over for the tournament to tie for seventh.
Jackson Roman tied for 11th individually at 10-over following a 2-over 72 in the final round.
Jack Geyer tied for 22nd four shots back of Roman overall, and
Gustavo Rangel shot 16-over to tie for 26th.
