Volleyball Closes New York Swing With Loss At Colgate

HAMILTON, N.Y. – Colgate University hit .410 as a team, and the Raiders defeated visiting Loyola University Maryland, 25-18, 25-13, 25-17, on Saturday afternoon, closing the Greyhounds two-match trip to New York State.
 
Tiana Owens had 14 kills, and Morgan Reese added 11 while hitting .600, for the Raiders.
 
Morgan Sanabia, Elsie Afful and Mariah Sanabia led Loyola with five kills each, and Crawford had a team-best 12 digs.
 
Loyola will be back in Reitz Arena next weekend for a pair of matches, starting with a Friday night match against Bucknell University.
