2025 (Junior): Started all 14 games in goal for the Greyhounds and played to a .552 saves percentage and an 11.59 goals against average… Ranked sixth in NCAA Division I and led the Patriot League in saves per game with 13.5… Was 18th nationally in saves percentage… Had 10 or more saves in all 14 games… Allowed a combined 17 goals and made 24 saves against Maryland (8 goals against, 11 saves) and Johns Hopkins (9, 13)… Had 19 saves and yielded 10 goals against Colgate… Tallied 15 saves against seven goals against at Lehigh… Had 17 saves in back-to-back overtime games at Bucknell and Towson… Made 13 saves against Holy Cross, 12 versus Navy. 

2024 (Sophomore): Saw time in three games, including his first two career starts... Played the final 24 minutes against Rutgers, yielding just two goals while making six saves... Started in a win against Bucknell, making eight saves... Also picked up a victory at Holy Cross, stopping 11 shots and giving up just five goals in 51 minutes... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023 (Freshman): Played in four games during his first year, posting a .562 saves percentage and 9.78 goals against average in just under 43 minutes of action… Made his collegiate debut against Holy Cross and made a save on the only shot on goal he faced… Had three saved and allowed two goals while playing the fourth quarter at Boston University in the regular-season… Made four saves and yielded four against Georgetown.

Before Loyola: Graduated from St. Paul’s School in Brooklandville, Maryland, where he played three years of varsity lacrosse and three of varsity basketball… Finished his career with 415 career saves after posting 228 as a senior in 2022… Had a .640 career saves percentage… Finished sixth in career saves and his 228 as a senior rank second in single-season history… Set the school single-game saves record in 2021… Played club for Team 91 Maryland and won a national championship after his freshman year.
 
Personal: Son of Jennifer and Eric Watkinson… Has an older sister, Sophia… Was a member of the honor roll and headmaster’s list at St. Paul’s… Father played basketball and golf at Western Maryland (now McDaniel College)… Mom attended Loyola and is an associate professor at the school while serving as the director of the university’s school counseling program.
