2012-13 (Freshman): Saw 15 minutes of action...Recorded first collegiate rebound in the win over Iona College (1/27)...Played a season-high four minutes in game against Maryland (11/11)...Saw first collegiate minute, while scoring first career point in season opener against Hartford (11/9).

Before Loyola: Three-year letterwinner at Howard High School... Earned All-Howard County First Team honors as a senior and was among the County[apos]s leaders in scoring, assists, steals and free throws... Helped the Lions win their league title and advance to the Maryland 3A semifinals as a junior... Captain of the team as a senior... Played AAU for the Baltimore Storm, Columbia Ravens, the Lady Comets and the Baltimore Ravens... Helped Columbia finish third in the 2009-2010 Maryland State Tournament and 13th at the National Tournament.

Personal: Brittany Nicole Butler... Daughter of Lucy and Wendell Butler... Has a twin brother, Justin... Won the Black Student Achievement Award in grades 9-12 and was a member of the Honor Roll all four yeras of high school... Recipient of the National Society of High School Scholars Award... Editor of Howard[apos]s yearbook... Enjoys cooking, shopping, listening to music and spening time with family and friends... Plans to major in education.
