Loyola University Maryland Athletics

2020 (Freshman): Made his collegiate debut at Lafayette.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Memphis University School where he was a four-year letterwinner, earing four in lacrosse and two in football… Finished his high school career with 140 ground balls, 50 caused turnovers, 15 goals and 23 assists… Earned USLacrosse All-America honors in 2019 after posting five goals, eight assists, 45 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers… Was a three-time All-State honoree… Helped University win the state title from 2016-18… Team captain in 2019… Had 40 ground balls, 18 caused turnovers, four goals and six assists in 2018 as a junior after posting 30 ground balls, four goals, six assists and 18 caused turnovers as a sophomore… Played club for No Excuse Lacrosse.

 
Personal: Son of Bill and May Weiss… Has two older siblings, Hagen and Alex… Member of the honor roll as a junior and senior and worked at Memphis Athletic Ministries… Father played lacrosse at St. Lawrence… Will be Loyola’s first lacrosse player from the State of Tennessee.
