Personal Bests: 8K – 30:12.4 (Patriot League Championships, 2014)
2014 (Junior): Ran in four of the six meets throughout the season… Opened the year taking 78th (30:53.2) at the Salisbury Fall Classic… Finished the 3.2m – Navy Invitational course in 20:07.6 (44th)… Competed at Lehigh’s Paul Short Run, crossing the finish line in 30:26.5 and taking 419th overall… Registered a season-best 30:12.4 (108th) at the Patriot League Championships.
2013 (Sophomore): Ran in Lehigh’s Paul Short Run, taking 485th with a time of 33:23.6… Competed 14 days later at the Leopard Invitational, finishing 143rd in 33:47.2.
2012 (Freshman): Made first collegiate appearance at the Tribe Open, taking 24th in 32:02.8.
Before Loyola: Helped the Crusaders win the 2010 and 2011 Olympic Conference titles... 2010 South Jersey Sectional Champions... 2010 NJSIAA Non-Public B Winter Track State Champions... 2010 and 2011 NJSIAA Non-Public B Cross Country State Champions... Earned four varsit letters in cross country and winter track and two in spring track.
