2023 (Senior): Finished 20th at the Baltimore Metro Meet and 26th at the Navy Cross Country Invitational... Ran 27:18.6 for 139th at the Roy Griak Invitational... Finished 186th at the IC4A/ECAC Championships... Was the Greyhounds' No. 3 finisher in 26:48.0 at the Patriot League Championships for 56th... Led the team with a 127th-place finish in 32:36.6 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.

2022 (Junior): Crossed the line in 12th place at the Bison Opener and then was 42nd at the Navy Cross Country Invitational... Ran 26:00.2 at the Paul Short Run and later was 141st in 26:21.8 at the ECAC Championships... Finished 63rd at the Patriot League Championships and was 139th in 33:21.2 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.

2021 (Sophomore): Made his season debut at the Navy Cross Country Invitational and was 49th... Came back to finish 18th at the Towson Alumni Invitational... Ran an 8k season-best time of 26:42.4 at the Paul Short Run... Captured 81st place at the Patriot League Championships and was 119th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School where he was a nine-time letterwinner in soccer, cross country and track and field... Won the State Vocational Championship in cross country as a senior and also won the Ghiloni Cup that year... Earned Colonial Athletic League All-Star honors as a junior (2018) and senior (2019) in cross country and was a League All-Star in track as a junior... Earned Metro West Daily News All-Star recognition in cross country as a junior... Had persona-bests of 4:48 in the mile, 10:20 over two miles and 16:23 in the 5,000 meters.

Personal: Son of Bonnie and Chris Spring... Has an older sister, Delaney... Student Council President... Member of the National Honor Society... Particiapted in the Engineering Academy and the Principal's Leadership School Committee... Was on the First-Place Math Team and earned the President's Excellence Award.
