2024 (Freshman): Produced a solid initial campaign, scoring in five of six meets for the Greyhounds… Debuted by placing fifth for Loyola and 33rd overall at the Lafayette Invitational… Captured the No. 3 spot a week later at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational… Climbed to the No. 2 spot and was the fifth-best freshman at the Paul Short Invitational… Crossed the line in a season-best 26:01.9 and finished in the top quartile of the field… Passed eight runners in the final two miles to place fourth for the Greyhounds (93rd overall) at the Patriot League Championships… The squad’s No. 3 finisher at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Greenwich High School where he competed in cross country and track and field... Team captain of the cross country team as a senior... Three-time All-FCIAC honoree (2020, 2022, 2023)... All-CIAC Team 2 in 2021 and All-CIAC Open in 2022... Cross Country MVP from 2022-24... Earned the Athletic Achievement Award for four years... Recipient of the Sportsmanship Award in 2024... All-State Student-Athlete by the Board of Education in 2022... Helped Greenwich win three FCIAC titles between outdoor and indoor track and field... Competed at the Nike Indoor & Outdoor Nationals in 2023 and 2024... School-record holder for the 2,000m and 3,000m steeplechase.
