2023 (Junior): Was the team's top finisher in every event that he competed in... Opened the year with a 10th-place finish at the Baltimore Metro Meet in 15:49.5... Ran 26:00.1 to finish 21st at the Navy Cross Country Invitational... Took 119th in 26:39.8 against a nationally-ranked field at the Griak Invitational... Was 143rd at the IC4A/ECAC Championship... Ran 26:11.5 to finish 37th at the Patriot League Championships.

2022 (Sophomore): Finished fifth at the season-opening Bison Opener, running 19:12.4... Took 71st at the Paul Short Run in 25:07.5 and then was 187th at the ECAC Championships in 26:51.2... Ran 26:24.3 in the Patriot League Championships to finish 57th and was 79th in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 31:54.5.

2021 (Freshman): Helped Loyola to its best-ever team finish at the Patriot League Championships (seventh) by running the second-best finish by a male individual at the event (19th)... Was the Greyhounds' top finisher in 59th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, the best-ever finish by a Loyola male at that race... Took 11th in the Navy Cross Country Invitational to start his collegiate career and was then fourth at the Towson Alumni Invitational... Was named the Patriot League Freshman of the Week after the season-opening meet at Navy.

Before Loyola: Earned All-State (senior) and All-Fairfield County Interscholastic Athelic Conference (junior and senior) at Staples High School... Was the FCIAC champion in the 3,200 meters outdoors as a senior... Placed fifth in the state in cross country that year, as well.

Personel: Son of Michele and Thomas Harding... Has one older brother, Declan... Mother was a swimmer at Colgate and father was a distance runner at Virginia Tech... Father was an Olympic Trials qualifier in the marathon.
