2022 (Junior): Was 50th at the Bison Opener (21:25.8) and 70th at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (21:25.8)... Finished 233rd at the Paul Short Run in 26:14.2 and then had the same finish at the ECAC Championships in 27:13.8... Took 91st at the Patriot League Championships in 27:36.2

2021 (Sophomore): Took 34th at the Navy Cross Country Invitational and 13th at the Towson Alumni Invitational to start the season... Was 117th at the Paul Short Run and then 81st at the Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational... Ran 101st at the Patriot League Championships.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Montgomery Blair High School where he was a seven-time letter winner in track and field and cross country... Had a cross-country 5,000-meter personal-best of 17:25... Ran 54 seconds in the 400, 2:05 in the 800 and 32 seconds in the 300 on the track... Was the cross country team's Rookie of the Year in 2018 as a junior... Helped the 800 relay team take third-place at the state indoor meet as a senior in 2020.

Personal: Son of Sonia LaFountain and Brian Ginyard... Has one younger sister, Marlee... Member of the honor roll all four years... Member of the National Honor Society and received the school's Entrepreneurship Academy Senior Capstone Award... Was a junior counselor and youth mentor for Kids After Hours... Was a soccer player for MSC United as a midfielder throguhout high school... His sister plays soccer for the ECNL's Bethesda Soccer Club.
