2019 (Sophomore): Was the team's No. 3 finisher at the Towson Invitational (17:20.9) to start the year... Ran 27:56.3 to finish 94th as the team's No. 2 runner at the Iona Meet of Champions... Named the Team's Most Dedicated Performer.

2018 (Freshman): Ran in four races as a freshman ... finished 65^th at the Patriot League Meet with a time of 28:44.00 ... ran 88^th at the Bison Open (20:52.3) ... placed 19^th at the Navy Invitational (27:53.03) ... had a time of 26:40.27 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational.
 
Before Loyola: Graduated from West Morris Mendham High School where he earned 10 letters, four in cross country and three each in indoor and outdoor track and field … during his senior year, ran person-best times of 16:54 in the 5,000m, 4:34 in the 1,600m and 2:00 in the 800m … earned All-County Second Team honors in cross country in 2018 and All-Conference Second Team in 2017 … helped West Morris Mendham place fifth at the New Jersey Meet of Champions, win the New Jersey Group III State title, the Morris County and NJAC Conference Championships in 2017 … member of the North 2 Group III Section Champions in indoor track and field in 2018 and the Morris County and NJAC Conference Championships for outdoor track and field in 2018 … helped the 4x1,600m relay team win the Morris County title in 2018.
 
Personal: Son of Laura and Jason Fowler… has two younger brothers, Nicholas and Colin… volunteered at a local nursing home and was a member of the Honor Roll.
