2024: Drew the starting assignment and scored in all six meets… Set a personal best mark in the 5k and finished 32nd (fourth Greyhound runner, 19:19.7) at the Lafayette Invitational… Produced her best effort at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, setting a 6k personal best at 22:45.5… Crossed the line just 3.3 seconds behind Greyhound leader Isabella Coleman (56th overall of 286 finishers), helping the squad to a ninth-place (of 35 teams) finish… Cut her time 7.5 seconds between the Patriot League Championships and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (23:08.1) and placed third for the squad behind seniors Coleman and Maeve Lowther.

2023: Made her Loyola debut with a 27th-place finish at the Baltimore Metro Meet... Finished 54th at the Navy Cross Country Invitational... Ran 25:20.1 for 174th at the Griak Invitaitonal... Finished 203rd in 23:56.8 at the IC4A/ECAC Championship... Took 76th in 25:18.0 at the Patriot League Championships and was 161st in 23:05.6 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.

Before Loyola: Graduated from St. Anthony’s High School where she competed in cross country and track and field… Ran 21:01.7 on a 5K cross country course in 2021 and had 2023 top times in track of 2:22.73 (800), 3:06.16 (1,000), 4:58.61 (1,500) and 10:58.36 (3,000)… Named to Newsday’s list of the top-25 cross country runners on Long Island in both 2021 and 2022… Earned All-League honors in cross country and both winter and spring track and field from 2021-23… Was an All-State honoree in all three sports each year… Took third in the 1,000 at the Indoor Track & Field City Championships and was the outdoor league championship in the 3,000 in 2023… Helped St. Anthony’s win the nine league titles and 10 city championships during her time at the school.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kerry and David Udell… Has two younger sisters, Shannon and Heather… Member of the National Honor Society, as well as honor societies for math, social studies and science.
