2014 (Freshman): Made her collegiate debut at the Salisbury Fall Classic, recording her fastest time of the season (24:38.8, 31^st)… Finished inside the top 100 at the Salty Dog Invitational, taking 90^th in 25:58.1… Ran both the Paul Short Run and the Princeton Invitational, recording times of 25:16.9 (309^th) and 26:07.0 (258^th), respectively… Competed in the Patriot League Championships, finishing 99^th in 24:47.0.

Before Loyola: Member of the 2013 Cross Country AACA League All-Stars... Captained the cross country and track and field teams at Villa Maria... Honored with the Andrea Thompson Award for Dedication and Commitment to Villa Maria Academy Athletics.

Personal: Megan Elizabeth Ritz... Daughter of Carolyn and Jonathan Ritz... Received bronze, silver and gold awards in Girl Scouts... Member of National Honor Society and Latin Honor Society... Won the overall math achievement award at Villa Maria Academy, graduating with first honors... Plans to major in business.
