2021 (Senior): Led Loyola to its best-ever finish at the Patriot League Championships (seventh) by logging the top finish by a Loyola male runner... Was 18th in 25:44.7 on the 8k course... Then finished 76th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship in the 10k race... Was 50th at both the Panorama Farms XC23 Invitaitonal and the Paul Short Run... Took second at the Towson Alumni Invitational and was 17th at the Navy Cross COuntry Invitational.
2019 (Sophomore): Named the team's Most Valuable Performer after leading the Greyhounds in every race of the season... Won the season-opening Towson Invitational by three seconds, running 16:26.1... Named Patriot League Male Runner of the Week, the first-ever such award for a Loyola runner, after the win... Took 86th at the Iona Meet of Champions (27:44.2) and was 83rd at the Paul Short Run (25:35.6)... Ran a collegiate-best time of 25:25.2 on an 8,000-meter course and was 87th at the Princeton Invitational... Finished 61st at the Patriot League Championships (27:20.3) and was 98th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Championships, running 32:37.1 over 10,000 meters.
2018 (Freshman): Ran in five meets as a freshman ... finished 58
th at the Patriot League Meet with a time of 28:20.00 ... took 107
th place at Bison Open (21:52.7) ... finished 30
th at the Navy Invitational (31:05.33) ... turned in a time of 28:30.20 at Loyola Lakefront Invitational ... took 35
th place at Lafayette Invitational (28:14.37).
Before Loyola: Graduated from Appoquinimink High School in Middletown, Delaware … earned 12 letters, four each in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field during his high school career … spent his freshman and sophomore seasons at North East (Maryland) High School … ran PRs during his senior year of 16:40 in a 3-mile cross country race and 4:34.62 in the 1,600m and 10:12.23 in the 3,200m on the track … earned All-County cross country honors in 2014 and 2015 and was a four-time
Cecil Whig Athlete of the Week … participated in 14 state championship events over his career … was the MPSSAA 2A East Region runner-up in cross country in 2015 … helped Appoquinimink win the Flight “A” cross country championship in 2016 and 2017, as well as the track and field title in 2018 … also helped the school to the Blue Hen Conference title in cross country in 2017 and track and field in 2018 … ran for Delaware Elite Track Club.
