As a Junior in 2009: Ran a seasonal-best 23:58 at the Paul Short Run on October 2... Took second on the team at the Delaware Blue & Gold Meet on October 17 (54th, 21:06.79).
BEFORE LOYOLA: Named MVP of the Bison cross country team in 2004 and indoor track team in 2005... Suburban Council Cross Country All-Star in 2005.. Named an All-American Scholar and a member of the National Honor Society and Tri-M Music Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Mark and Lori Ochs... Has an older sister, Erin... Member of Students in Free Enterprise and Back on My Feet... International Business major.
