AS A JUNIOR IN 2009: Placed 76th at the MAAC Championships in 29:26.1...Led the Greyhounds at the Delaware Blue & Gold Invitational with a 29:08.13, good for 67th overall... Recorded a seasonal-best, 28:33.80 at the Navy Invitational on September 12.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008: Placed fifth on the team, 33rd overall, at the Cappy Anderson Invitational in 28:23.89.
BEFORE LOYOLA: Ran cross country and both indoor and outdoor track & field for the Friars under Coach Dearie... Member of the CHAA City Championship winning team at Randall's Island.
PERSONAL: Son of Daniel and Andrea Barrett... Has an older sister, Kelly... Favorite runner is Chris Heibell... Management Information Systems major.
