Before Loyola: Graduated from Glenelg Country School where he was a 13-time letterwinner in cross country, track and field and ice hockey... Ran 16:02 on a 3-mile cross country course, had a 2:06 performance in the 800 and a 4:39 mile time on the track... Finished in the top-10 of the MIAA Conference Cross Country Championships as a junior (2018) and senior (2019).

Personal: Son of Laura and Tom Demers... Has a younger brother, Jack.
