Before Loyola: Graduated from Avon High School where he competed in varsity cross country, indoor and outdoor track and basketball… Ran high school personal bests of 16:02 in the 5,000 meters, 50 seconds in the 400, 1:58 in the 800 and 4:32 in the mile… Earned All-State cross country honors as a sophomore and was an All-Conference honoree as a sophomore and senior… Connecticut Freshman CCC Championship Winner… Nike Freshman Track Nationals Qualifier in both indoor and outdoor track… Won the 2024 Stratton Brook Invitational as a senior… Helped Avon win the Class MM State Cross Country title as a freshman… New England Qualifier as a freshman and member of school-record setting 4x400 and 4x800 relays as a senior.
