2024-2025 (Freshman at Air Force): Played in 18 games and averaged 3.1 points per game in 7.9 minutes per game for the Falcons… Made his collegiate debut against North Carolina… Went 5 of 6 from the free-throw line and scored eight points in 15 minutes at North Carolina… Scored eight and had three boards against Boise State… Had a career-best nine points against UNLV.
 
Before Air Force: Graduated from St. Ignatius High School where he was a four-year letterwinner in basketball… Averaged 13 points and seven rebounds per game as a senior in 2023-24… Ranked in the top-20 of recruits in Ohio by PrepHoops… Named team captain as a senior, leading his team to the 2024 Ohio State Title… MVP of the Euclid Summer League and the Play by Play Classic.
 
Personal: Son of Kim and Jim Springer… Has an older sister, Maxine… Both parents were student-athletes at Richmond where Jim was a basketball player and Kim competed in cross country and track and field… Member of the National Honor Society and had a 4.0 GPA at St. Ignatius before receiving his appointment to the Air Force Academy.
