Biography

2024-2025 (Junior): Played in 20 games and started one... Averaged 1.0 point and 1.4 rebounds per game... Made his first collegiate start as the Greyhounds honored their Class of 2025 against Colgate... Led the team with six rebounds at Bucknell... Had a career-high four steals against Lafayette... Came off the bench to play a career-high 18 minutes against Navy... Scored six points, had three assists and a career-high five rebounds in the win.

2023-2024 (Sophomore): Played in five games before an injury cut his season short... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll... Made 3 of 4 free throws and grabbed three rebounds at Brown.

2022-2023 (Freshman): Played in 11 games as a first-year player at Loyola… Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll… Made 5 of 7 shots, 2 of 3 from behind the arc, and scored 12 points to go with four assists in just 16 minutes against Goucher... Scored three points and had two assists against Washington College... Made his collegiate debut at DePaul.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, New York, where he was a four-year letterwinner in basketball… Averaged 12.5 points, six rebounds and six assists per game as a senior in 2021-22… Shot 43 percent from the field and 87 percent from the free-throw line that season as he helped the Crusaders win the Catholic High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) AA title… Named All-CHSAA First Team and to the CHSAA All-City Playoff Team as a senior when the team finished 26-4, won the New York Archdiocesan Tournament, the Chick-Fil-A Classic and was a consensus Top-25 team nationally… Recognized as one of the LoHud Westchester Super 7 and was the Maryland Hoop Festival Game Most Valuable Player… Averaged 11 points, six rebounds and five assists per game as a junior… Played AAU for the PSA Cardinals, a team which was a Peach Jam Elite 8 contendor.
 
Personal: Son of Nicole and Adam Gibbs… Has two younger siblings, Saedi and Tevah… Member of the National Honor Society, as well as the English, Latin, Math and Science Honor Societies… Earned the William F. Plunkett Award for giving back to the community at Archbishop Stepinac.
