High School: Earned seven varsity letters - three in soccer, two in lacrosse and one each in swimming and track and field - at Carlisle (Pa.) High School... Named to the Harrisburg Patriot-News Big 11 Team and the Sentinal Big 11... Earned All-Mid Penn Conference First Team and Scholastic All-Star recognition... Member of the National Honor Society and was an All-Mid Penn Conference Academic All-District Player... Participated in the national Model United Nations Conference and finished second at the CASAC Science Fair... Was a member of the district champion 4x800-meter relay team, a squad that also took seventh at the Pennsylvania State meet... His 4x800m team ran the 10th fastest time in the nation and set a Carlisle High School record in 7:44... Played club soccer for D.C. United and the City Islanders Academies... Named the 2008 City Islanders Academy U-17 Most Valuable Player.
