2020-21 (Senior): Earned third team All-Patriot League accolades in her final season with the program after leading the team with 12.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game … was also tied for the team lead with 14 steals … started all 11 games she appeared in, reaching double figures in eight of the season’s final nine contests … supplied 16 points and nine rebounds at Lafayette (2/10) and scored a season-high 21 points (8-15 FG, 4-6 3FG) against Navy (2/13) … recorded 16 points and 10 rebounds at home against American (2/21), and added another double-double with 12 points and a career-high 15 boards at Lafayette (2/27) … closed out her Loyola career with a third double-double (16 points, 11 rebounds) in the Patriot League quarterfinals at Bucknell (3/7) … led Loyola and ranked fourth in the Patriot League in 3-point field goal percentage (43.2, 16-37) … also shot 73.9 percent (17-23) from the free throw line.

2019-20 (Junior): Limited to a pair of midseason appearances due to injury … totaled nine points (3-4 FG) at Mount St. Mary’s (12/6) and added eight points in 13 minutes at nationally-ranked Maryland (12/8).

2018-19 (Sophomore)

  • Played in 16 games before missing the final nine due to injury
  • Led the team in scoring (14.3 ppg) and ranked second in rebounding (5.6 rpg)
  • Named to Hawk Classic All-Tournament Team after scoring a game-high 19 points vs. Saint Joseph’s.
  • Logged a career-best 44 minutes against Boston U
  • Totaled 27 points and 12 rebounds at Colgate
  • Also posted double-doubles against Georgetown (17 pts, 11 rebs) and Lafayette (career-high 28 pts, 12 rebs)
  • Scored 10+ points 10 times and had four 20+ point games

 
2017-18 (Freshman)

  • Voted the Patriot League Rookie of the Year and featured on the All-Rookie Team 
  • Earned a conference-best six Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors, winning the award in six of the last seven weeks of the season
  • Scored 10+ points in 24 of 26 games played 
  • Her 396 points were the most for any Loyola freshman under head coach Joe Logan
  • Poured in a season-high 26 points against Bucknell (2/14)
  • Ranked fourth in the conference in scoring at 15.2 points per game
  • Led all freshmen in the Patriot League and was the sixth-ranked freshman in Division I in scoring
  • Played four full games and finished the season ranked seventh in the Patriot League in minutes played
  • Her 18 points against Cornell in the season opener were the most for a Greyhound in their freshman debut under head coach Joe Logan and the most for any Loyola rookie since at least 1990 (no records prior to then).


Before Loyola

  • Four-year varsity letterwinner in basketball and soccer at Cherokee High School in Evesham Township, New Jersey.
  • Helped the Chiefs win a share of the Olympic Conference title all four years in basketball.
  • Team won the New Jersey Group 4 Sectional, South Jersey and SJIBT Tournament championships in 2016-2017.
  • Averaged 20.1 points, 3.0 steals and more than 10 rebounds per game as a senior while shooting 91 percent from the free-throw line. Her points total ranked in the Top 30 of the state. Scored 10 or more points in all but one game.
  • Scored the buzzer-beating layup in the Group 4 quarterfinal to send Cherokee to the semifinals.
  • Earned All-New Jersey First Team and All-Group 4 First Team honors from NJ.com and was tabbed the Olympic Conference Player of the Year after her senior year.
  • As a junior in 2015-2016, averaged 14.8 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game. Shot 83 percent from the foul line.
  • Helped Cherokee advance to the Group 4 Championship Game.
  • Picked up All-New Jersey Third Team and All-Group 4 First Team recognition from NJ.com, and she was also named Olympic Conference Player of the Year, after her junior campaign.
  • Finished with 12.7-point per game averages in both her freshman (2014-2015) and sophomore (2015-2016) seasons.
  • Played AAU Basketball for the Philadelphia Belles Nike Elite, helping her team to the Las Vegas Tournament title in 2015.
  • Named an Adam Taliafero Overall Academic and Community Service Award Winner
  • Standout soccer player, as well, earning All-Conference and All-South Jersey honors.

 Personal

  • Daughter of Diana and Chris Therien.
  • Her father was a 12-year veteran of the National Hockey League with the Philadelphia Flyers and Dallas Stars. The defenseman played in 868 career games, including the playoffs, all but 16 coming with the Flyers. He also helped Canada win the silver medal at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway.
