2023 (Junior): Was Loyola’s primary libero, playing in 26 matches and 89 sets… Led the Greyhounds and was sixth in the Patriot League in digs with 3.99 for a total of 355… Opened the year with 14 digs at Delaware and two matches later had what would be a season-high 22 in a four-set win over Robert Morris… Posted 17 digs at Duke and then 15 a day later in a win over West Virginia… Picked up 15 digs against both Navy and Stony Brook… Had 19 in a home four-set win against Lehigh… Tallied 19 in a five-set win against Lafayette… Closed the year with seven-straight matches with 12 or more digs, including one with 18 in a three-set win against Army West Point… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2022 (Sophomore): Played in 23 matches, starting 12, and saw action in 83 sets… Fourth on the team with 183 digs and 2.20 per set… Had 13 digs in a five-set match against West Virginia… Tallied 123 versus Bradley… Posted 10 digs in the Patriot League home opener against Bucknell… Had 15 digs in a four-set match against Colgate at home… Set a season-high with 16 digs at Bucknell and then had 14 against the Bison in the Patriot League Quarterfinals… Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2021 (Freshman): Played in 43 sets during 14 matches… Had 10 aces and 16 digs during the year… Made her collegiate debut with a dig against West Virginia… Had an ace in five-straight appearances, starting with a three-set win at American… Had three aces and four digs in the Patriot League Quarterfinal versus the Eagles.

Before Loyola: Graduated from New Trier Township High School where she was a three-year letterwinner in volleyball… Named to the 2020 All-Conference Team and was the CSL Co-Player of the Year… Helped New Trier win the conference championship from 2018-2020… Played club volleyball for Wildcat Juniors and Sky High.
 
Personal: Daughter of Wendy and Danny McDermott… Is a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do… Four-year member of the honor roll at New Trier and was a National Society High School Scholar… Father, Danny, played tennis at Mount St. Mary’s.
