Recap | Box Score

Head Coach Joe Logan -

"This was a good way to go into Christmas Break. We were off for 13 days, had final exams, and sometimes focus in the first game back is not the best. You often show a little jitters or have some rust, but other than about a six or seven minute lapse, I thought that we played a very good game.

"Meghan Wood had a tremendous effort tonight against some very good post players. (Columbia's Chelsea) Frazier is a tough guard; she is going to be very tough to defend in the Ivy (League). `Woody' was very patient and found places where she was able to score. She was also able to score a lot against the double-team.

"We are getting more experience with each game, and I think that we have started to carry that over to the next time we play. We have seen different people step-up in each game. Today, Siobhan Prior got the opportunity to start for the first time, and she took advantage of that. Erica DiClemente came off the bench and did what we have really been look for from her.

"We had a good floor game tonight with only 11 turnovers. That was close to the fewest that we've had this year."
