BEALLSVILLE, Md. – Loyola University Maryland golf shot a tournament record 834 to cruise to a 19-shot victory at the Georgetown Intercollegiate at Four Streams Club, posting the only under-par team score of the event.

The victory was the Greyhounds' third in the last eight months after winning the Donald Ross Collegiate Classic in March and the Patriot League Championships in May.

Loyola's three-round total of 834 is the second best in school history behind only the 828 shot in 2014 at The Doc Gimmler.

Brandon Berry and Brett Inserra both had top-five finishes, taking second and tying for fourth, respectively.

Berry shot 1-under 70 on Monday after rounds of 65 and 66 Sunday. His 54-hole total of 12-under 201 is the second-best in school history both aggregate and to par after Matt Oshrine's 16-under 194 at the aforementioned Doc Gimmler.

Mike Crowley had the best finish of his collegiate career, tying for 13th at 1-under after shooting 1-over on Monday.

Jackson Roman posted back-to-back 1-under 70s in the second and third rounds to finish 5-over for the tournament; the tie for 26th was also his best collegiate finish in just his second start.

Matt Malits tied for 33rd at 6-over total with a 2-over 73 on Monday.

Inserra got to 9-under for the tournament with a birdie on Monday's seventh hole, his fourth of the front nine, but he shot 5-over on the back nine to finish his round at 2-over 73. He finished the 54 holes at 4-under 209.

Berry was the 18- and 36-hole leader after rounds of 6- and 5-under Sunday. Navy's Nicholas Klock took the clubhouse lead Monday at 13-under after shooting a 9-under 62, but Berry was a shot up through 52 holes. A double-bogey on the 17th hole set him back, and he recorded a par on the final hole to finish second.

Loyola will be off for two weeks before it tees it up at the Ka'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational on the Island of Maui from October 29-31.
