Taleah Dixon knocked down a early jumper in the first quarter for Loyola Maryland, but Bucknell answered with a 17-3 run to take an early lead. The Greyhounds cut their deficit to 16 points halfway through the third quarter, but would not be enough as Bucknell went on to win 73-37 on Saturday afternoon.
Lex Therien had her fourth straight double-double, as she tallied 14 points and 11 rebounds on the afternoon.
Taleah Dixon added seven points of her own.

Taleah Dixon free throws with 4:48 left in the third quarter cut the Bucknell lead to 16 points. The Bison responded with an 12-2 run in the third quarter to put the game out of reach for the Greyhounds heading into the fourth quarter.
After scoring 26 points in the first quarter, the Bison offense cooled down in the second quarter, as the Greyhounds managed to hold them to just 12 points in the second quarter. Despite this, the Greyhounds struggled on the offensive end as they trailed 38-18 heading into halftime.
The Greyhounds will be back in action on Saturday February 4, as they will travel up to Boston to face the Terriers at 2:00 pm.
