The funeral for Baltimore City Firefighter Rodney Pitts will be held at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen on Friday, October 27, at 10 a.m., Traffic accessing Loyola University Maryland's Fitness & Aquatic Center for the Friday morning session of the 2023 Thomas Murphy Invitational may be significantly impacted.

• The Cathedral of Mary Our Queen is just over 1/2 mile north of Loyola's Fitness & Aquatic Center and also located along Charles Street.
• Traffic on Charles Street between Northern Parkway (to the north) and Cold Spring Lane (to the south) will be impacted. Please plan for extra time to arrive for the morning session.
• Baltimore City is closing street/curb parking along Charles Street between Northern Parkway and Cold Spring Lane from 7 a.m. until the departure of the procession following the funeral. 

Please consider allowing for extra time and possible alternate routes to access the FAC.
