Bethlehem, PA -- The Patriot League released their weekly awards on Monday afternoon, as Loyola Maryland's Jillian Wilson and Katie Detwiler earned weekly awards. 

Detwiler earns her 13th Patriot League Player of the Week, which breaks the League record of 12, previously held by Colgate's Hilary Meyer (1996-99). 

Detwiler scored her second goal of the season in the Greyhounds win over Bucknell, scoring with under a second remaining in the first quarter. She also anchored a defense that allowed a combined six goals in two wins. Detwiler had three ground balls, three caused turnovers, and four draw controls on the week. 

Wilson was named the Patriot League Midfielder of the Week for the fourth straight week. In the Greyhounds two wins this week, Wilson combined for three goals, two assists, five ground balls, four caused turnovers, and 20 draw controls. In the win over Lafayette, Wilson broke the single season draw control record, previously held by Taylor VanThof.

Wilson and Detwiler both were named to the Tewaaraton top-25 semifinalists this week. Wilson currently ranks third in the country in draw controls per game, as she is averaging 9.69 per game. 

The Greyhounds will close out the season on Friday, when they travel to face Navy.
