Bethlehem -- The Patriot League announced its weekly awards for women's lacrosse on Monday afternoon, as Loyola University Maryland's
Georgia Latch and
Chase Boyle earned weekly awards.
Latch was named Attacker of the Week for the second straight week, while Boyle earned her first career weekly award, as she was named Midfielder of the Week.
Latch had another big day for the Greyhounds, as she tallied 3 goals and 4 assists for 7 points. She finished the day with 6 shots, with 5 of them on goal, while also tallying 5 draws and 1 ground ball in the 15-5 win over American. Latch is now up to 9 goals, 7 assists, and 16 points through two games this season.
Boyle had a big day for Loyola, as she tied a team-high with four goals on the afternoon, while also having a team-high 8 draws and 2 caused turnovers. She totaled 7 shots in the game, with all 7 coming on goal. Boyle now has 6 goals, 3 assists, and 9 points on the season, to go along with 17 draws.
The Greyhounds face-off against local rival No. 12 Johns Hopkins on Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
