The Loyola University Maryland women's lacrosse coaching tree continues to grow each year, as the Greyhounds alumni are featured in top programs across the country.

In total, there are 22 women's lacrosse alumni on coaching staffs across the country, featured in top programs in the country and featured in several conferences, from the Big Ten, ACC, Pac 12, Atlantic 10, Atlantic Sun, Patriot League, Ivy League, and beyond. From having a huge impact on building up Loyola women's lacrosse, they have continued to help build up their current programs, as nine alumni have coached in the NCAA Tournament this season. Â Â

Molly Hulseman ('15) is in her seventh season on the coaching staff at Yale, helped lead the Bulldogs to their most successful season in program history. The Bulldogs posted a 17-2 record on the season, which is their most wins in a season. They also won the regular season and postseason Ivy League Championships. Hulseman and Yale will face Abby Rehfuss and the Orange in the NCAA Quarterfinals.

Ana Heneberry ('12) is in her seventh season at Michigan and has helped transform the Wolverines into a top team in the country. Heneberry works with the defense, that ranks first in the country in goals against average, allowing 7.21 goals per game. Heneberry and the Wolverines advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals, where they will face No. 2-seeded Boston College.

Abby Rehfuss ('11) is in her first season on the Syracuse coaching staff. Rehfuss helped lead Syracuse to a 15-5 record on the season and helped lead the Orange to the No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Rehfuss and the Orange will face Molly Hulseman and Yale in the NCAA Quarterfinals.

Rachel Schuck ('05) led Coastal Carolina to their first ever Conference Championship and their first ever NCAA Tournament Appearance. Schuk also led the Chanticleers to their most ever wins in a season, recording a 14-6 record on the season, in her third year at the helm.
Kady Glynn ('19) is in her third season with Richmond, as she works with the goalies and defensive unit. Glynn worked with a first-year goalie that helped lead the Spiders to the Atlantic 10 Championship and to another NCAA Tournament birth.

Grace Gavin ('11) was promoted to Assistant Coach at Stanford leading into the 2024 season after two years as a volunteer assistant coach. She helped lead the Cardinals to the last Pac-12 Championship, as they defeated #24 Colorado in the championship game.

Elizabeth Weber ('09) is in her second season on the coaching staff at Tampa University. She has helped lead Tampa to a 15-3 record and the SSC Tournament Championship. They will face off against Lynn in the first round of the DII NCAA Tournament.

Taylor VanThof ('19) completed her first season on the Penn State coaching staff, as she helped lead the Nittany Lions back to the NCAA Tournament. VanThof also helped lead the Nittany Lions to wins over No. 1 Northwestern and then-No. 4 Maryland. They made the Big Ten Championship game before losing to Northwestern.

Caroline Hager ('11) is the longest tenured of the group at one school, as she finishes her 13
th season on the Loyola coaching staff. Hager has helped lead the Greyhounds to new heights, as they have won a NCAA Tournament game in five straight appearances, and have compiled the most wins in a three-year stretch (57) over the past three years, in program history.
