Loyola broke the game open early in the second half. Mallia doubled the advantage in the 57th minute with her second olimpico goal of the season, giving the Greyhounds a 2-0 cushion.
Less than two minutes later, Ormerod found the back of the net in the 59th minute, converting a setup from Manset to extend Loyola's lead to three goals.
The Greyhounds continued to pressure Lehigh throughout the second half, earning four corner kicks after the break and limiting the Mountain Hawks to four shots in the final 45 minutes.
Khachatourians capped the scoring in the 83rd minute, converting a penalty kick for her first goal of the season, as Taryn Buckley drew the foul in the box, to put Loyola ahead 4-0.
