BALTIMORE, Md. - After over a month away from competition, the Greyhound women's track and field team continues its season on Saturday afternoon when Loyola makes the short trip to Navy for the Navy Invitational.

The Greyhounds are coming off a strong showing at the Bison Opener on December 3 as three school records were set in the meet. Freshmen Melanie Mitchell and Kelly Wolf and junior Jaime Humphrey all set school marks in the meet.

Mitchell set her school record in the high jump, recording a height of 1.45 meters. Meanwhile, Wolf secured a new Loyola mark in the 400 meter run by registering a time of 1:03.39, which was good for 14th place. She also earned 14th place in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:35.71.

Humphrey finished the record-setting performances by turning in a time of :29.39 in the 200 meter dash.
