NEW ORLEANS – The Loyola University Maryland women's track and field team, led by Head Coach Amy Horst, earned All-Academic Team honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) on Thursday.
 
The Greyhounds posted one of the top-50 grade-point averages in the nation, checking in with an even 3.5 cumulative mark after the spring semester.
 
Last month, 26 members of the team were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, led by three who had perfect 4.0s during the spring: Christa Sidoti, Gabrielle Silvestri and Devon Terwilliger.
