FAIRFAX STATION, Va. – Loyola University Maryland men's rowing had two boats compete Sunday at the Atlantic Association of Rowing Colleges Invitational in Northern Virginia.

The varsity eight – Eion McDonough, David Schechter, Joseph Arvelo, Frederich Lightner, Julius Boucke, Chris Engelbert, Max Greer, Joshua Rafferty and coxswain Joey Sigmund – turned in a time of 6:08.2 to finish fourth in its heat before going 6:15.6 for second in the petite final.

Loyola's junior varsity eight – Devon Sangiorgio, Nick Carrieri, Guillermo Diaz, Logan Lyle, Sam Hoerning, Jeremiah James, Rhys Morgan, Ben Sala and coxswain Kat An – were sixth in their final with a time of 6:27.7.
