FAIRFAX STATION, Va. – Loyola University Maryland women's rowing wrapped up its weekend of competition at the Mason Invitational on Sunday in Northern Virginia.
 
The varsity eight of Grace Dwan, Kylie Doyle, Grace Prince, Beata Turnquist, Daniella Niedermeyer, Mary Cate Burger, Mikayla Smith, Josephine Lightner and coxswain Kat An took fifth in its morning heat with a time of 7:25.5 before coming back to finish fourth in the petite final, dropping its time to 7:19.8.
 
Maura Budd, Cassidy Garcia, Juliana Merlino, Grace Brandenburg, Kennedy Courtney, Olivia Welch, Adriana Leszczynski, Samantha Walsh and coxswain Meilyn Frank raced as the second varsity eight and were fifth in the morning heat in 8:07.0 before returning in the afternoon to drop to 7:56.5 and finish fourth in the petite final.
 
Cassidy Richard, Eileen Depman, Grace Gola, Valentina Masi and coxswain Callista Van Syckel finished fifth in the morning heat of the varsity four in 8:49.2. Richard, Depman, Grace John, Masi and Van Syckel returned to take third in the afternoon's petite final in 8:38.7.
 
Breana Stith, Ava Oliveira, John, Stella Augustin and coxswain Bre Rupp took third in the morning heat of the second varsity four with a finish in 9:05.4.
