Rico Leads Golf At NCAA Baton Rouge Regional

BATON ROUGE, La. – Loyola University Maryland sophomore James Rico led the Greyhounds with a tie for 51st individually as Loyola finished 13th at the 2024 NCAA Baton Rouge Regional Championship, hosted by LSU's University Club.
 
Rico shot 4-over 76 on Wednesday to finish at 11-over for the tournament.
 
Carlo Pizzano carded his best round of the tournament, finishing his Loyola career with a 4-over 76, too, to tie for 58th.
 
Jackson Roman had Loyola's best round of the final day, shooting 3-over 75 to finish 64th overall. Gustavo Rangel shot 5-over on Wednesday and was 62nd. Turner Foster played his final collegiate round, taking the course as the Greyhounds' alternate, and shot 88.
