PHILADELPHIA – The Loyola University Maryland men's and women's rowing teams opened their spring seasons Saturday on the Schuylkill River, competing at the Jesuit Invitational against crews from St. Joseph's, Holy Cross, Fairfield and Fordham.
The men's varsity eight boat had the Greyhounds' best finish of the day, taking second in its race against St. Joseph's and Fairfield.
