The Loyola University Maryland golf team will begin the defense of its 2024 and 2025 Patriot League titles on Friday, April 24, in the Hudson Valley at the 2026 Patriot League Championships.
Loyola has won four of the last five Patriot League titles and seven overall since joining the conference in 2014. Last year, the Greyhounds shot a three-round 849 as a team to win the tournament that was held at the Bucknell Golf Course in Lewisburg, Pennsylvaina.
This year's event will take place on the par-70 West Point Golf Course at the U.S. Military Academy. The Robert Trent Jones course opened in 1946 and is located in West Point, New York.
The Greyhounds will tee off starting at 10 a.m. in the first round on Friday with the second and third rounds following Saturday and Sunday. Six players will compete for each team during the tournament with four scoring each round. Jack Geyer, Liam Moloney, Diego Neira, Gustavo Rangel, Jackson Roman and Eli Spaulding will compete for the Greyhounds at the tournament.
