2024 (Graduate Student): Returned to Loyola to competed as a graduate student while working on his M.B.A. in Sellinger School of Business... Third-round draft pick of the Las Vegas Desert Dogs in the 2023 NLL College Entry Draft.

2023 (Senior): Was one of the Greyhounds’ top two short-sticks during the season and led the rope unit with 10 points, scoring six goals and assisting on four… Had 23 ground balls and 20 caused turnovers… Scored goals in each of the first two games against Maryland and Johns Hopkins… Had three caused turnovers and two ground balls in the overtime win at Towson… Scored a goal at Duke and then had a goal and an assist at Army West Point… Posted goals against Navy and at Boston University… Assisted on goals against Colgate and at Lehigh… Caused three turnovers at Lehigh… Posted two caused turnovers against Army West Point in the Patriot League Championship Game.

2022 (Junior): Played in 16 games on the Greyhounds’ rope unit, picking up 17 ground balls and causing 13 turnovers… Had an assist at Johns Hopkins… Caused two turnovers and picked up two ground balls at both Lafayette and Holy Cross… Had two caused turnovers at Georgetown.
 
2021 (Sophomore at Richmond): Played in all 13 games for the Spiders as a short-stick defensive midfielder… Finished with 13 ground balls, four caused turnovers and a goal… Began the year season-opener against Loyola… Had two ground balls in back-to-back games against Towson and Duke… Posted a caused turnover and three ground balls versus VMI… Scored his first career goal against then-No. 5 Virginia… Caused a turnover and had a ground ball versus Jacksonville… Picked up two ground balls against High Point in the Southern Conference Championship Game.
 
2020 (Freshman at Richmond): Saw action in two games during the shortened season… Made his collegiate debut at Mount St. Mary’s and then had a ground ball versus VMI.
 
Before College: Was a four-year varsity attackman and offensive midfielder at Denver East High School. Selected for the school's Athletic Hall of Fame...Four-year Colorado All State and All 5A South Suburban Conference honors.  Was a four-year varsity letter winner in lacrosse and also earned a letter in basketball … Scored 116 goals in high school and added 67 assists… Also had 93 ground balls in his career… Despite an injury, tallied 22 goals and nine assists as a senior in 2019 and had 27 goals, 26 assists during his junior season… Finished his sophomore campaign with 42 goals and 24 assists and had 25 goals as a freshman… Earned US Lacrosse Academic All-America honor and was an Adrenaline All-American in 2019…Two-time Under Armour All-American, Southwest Region...Played club lacrosse for Denver Elite and won the Platinum Cup in 2019… Board member of City Lax Denver and also played AAU basketball for Chauncey Billups Elite. Earned Honor Roll all four years of high school
 
Personal: Son of Yvette and Ron Sally…Selected for the prestigious General Mills 2023 Summer Internship program...Has three older siblings, Jake, Quintin and Francesca… Francesca was the Captain and All-CAA Honoree for the Northeastern University women’s basketball team. Father, Ron, played professional football for the USFL's Tampa Bay Bandits and was Captain and a Rhodes Scholar candidate at Duke University… His dad has also been C-Suite executive and General Counsel for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, and Colorado Crush...Uncle, Randy, played football at Duke University
