2023 (Junior): Made a huge impact as a first-year starter, playing in, and starting, all 17 games on close defense… Finished the year with 40 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers… Was third on the team in ground balls… Drew his first starting assignment against Maryland and had a caused turnover to go with five ground balls in the season-opening win against the then-No. 1 team… Picked up three ground balls at Towson… Had four ground balls against both Army West Point and Holy Cross and also caused two turnovers versus the Crusaders… Picked up five ground balls in the Patriot League Quarterfinal win at Navy… Had career-highs of six ground balls and three caused turnovers in the Patriot League Championship Game against Army West Point.

2022 (Sophomore): Played in a pair of games at Holy Cross and at Navy… Had a ground ball at Navy.

2021 (Freshman): Made his collegiate debut against Lafayette… Also played in the game versus Bucknell... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Sacred Heart School in Atherton, California, where he earned five letters between football and lacrosse… Earned a spot on the 2018 and 2019 All-West Catholic Athletic League First Team in both 2018 and 2019… Was the 2020 team’s defensive most valuable player and a team captain… Helped the team win the 2017 Peninsula Athletic League title and the 2018 West Catholic Athletic League crown.
 
Personal: Son of Christine O’Sullivan and Jim Bean… Earned honors for excellence in French as a junior… Father, Jim, was a lacrosse player at Drexel.
